A 30 Year Journey
Our story started in 1990 when Graham Boast founded the company with the help of a loan from a customer who recognised Graham’s potential to run a successful business, extending the same level of customer care he had received from Graham to other customers all over the world.
Since that day, the business grew from strength to strength, and the natural progression was then to expand our services not only throughout the UK but internationally, to offer our customers door-to-door freight services by Sea, Air, Road & Rail.
Following Graham’s retirement in 2017, the company is now owned and run by George Boast and Des Crane who both share Graham’s passion for shipping and delivering the highest levels of customer care. We are a family-run business, and our values extend to our dedicated team of staff who share our commitment to our customers, many of whom have been with us since the early days.
A Family Business
In 2003, Graham’s son-in-law Des Crane joined the company from a well known global telecommunications company having managed their second most successful UK branch after London. Des quickly settled into his role as Operations Manager and in 2010 was appointed as Operations Director.
In 2008 Graham’s son George Boast joined the company from Maersk Logistics having managed several major key accounts. After 5 years as Operations Manager, George was appointed as a Director of the business focusing on development, sales and marketing.
Des and George have enjoyed expanding the business both in the UK and globally, establishing partnerships with new agents in the Far East, Middle East and the United States.
